Tours

As part of our services we can also offer tours, so if you have some time to spare before getting to your destination and want to do something you maybe haven't had the time to do before then consider booking a tour with us! Tours can be to any destination you'd like (within your time limit of course!) but some of our most popular tour destinations include Stonehenge, Windsor Castle, Salisbury Cathedral, Winchester and more!

Salisbury Cathedral:

Salisbury Cathedral has a number of different things to do and see and you can experience over 800 years of history here in just one trip! Visit Britain’s tallest Cathedral Spire built between 1310 - 1330, you can even book a tour and climb the 332 steps to the base of the spire.  One of the main attractions is the Magna Carta, the Cathedral is home to the best preserved copy of the 4 that remain and is the only one on permanent display.

Salisbury Cathedral is located only 20 minutes away from Stonehenge so they are the perfect options for a day trip!

Stonehenge:

Stonehenge is one of the world’s most famous monuments, built around 5,000 years ago it draws in thousands of visitors every month. While the purpose of the stones is still unknown to us, it’s an unforgettable experience to visit the Stone Circle and walk among the Neolithic houses.

Located 2 miles west of Amesbury, Stonehenge sits on Salisbury Plain in Wiltshire.

Windsor Castle:

Windsor Castle is the oldest and largest occupied castle in the world! Founded by William the Conqueror back in the 11th Century, it has been the home of over 40 monarchs. Home to 100’s of years worth of history there’s a number of things to do at Windsor Castle, which is open to the public all year long, from ceremonial rooms that are covered in gold, to incredible paintings of Kings, Queens, God’s and more.

There’s plenty of options for kid’s as well with a changing program of free activities, and of course the Changing of the Guard Ceremony happens every Thursday and Sunday.

Highclere Castle:

Are you a fan of Downton Abbey? If so a trip to Highclere Castle is perfect for you, visit the place where the series was set and relive some of your favourite scenes. And if that's not enough for you then a stop in Bampton Village to walk the Downton Mile and visit some even more familiar places might be right up your alley!

The Downton Mile walk starts from the corner of Church View outside Bampton Library, or - as it was in the Downton Abbey village - Downton Cottage Hospital, you can also visit the grounds of St. Mary the Virgin Church. This is probably the most famous Bampton landmark, and was called St. Michael and All Angels Church in the series. The mile long walk takes you all around the town and to a variety of different places and locations used in the show!

New Forest:

If you’re looking for something more local to Hampshire then why not stop off in the New Forest? With over 140 miles of walking paths there’s so much to see and do, without breaking the bank! The walking and cycle paths are all free to use and there are even some attractions in the Forest that are free or where entry is donation only like the New Forest Heritage Centre, Hockey’s Farm and Fairweather’s Garden Centre. With so much open space and nature to explore a picnic could be the perfect option to take in the serene location and stunning views!
